We recently asked Melbourne Quality Catering (MQC) to prepare finger food for a 50th birthday party, and to provide staff to prepare, serve and clear the food, and to serve drinks for us. We had about 70 people to this event, which was held at our home. All of our guests remarked about the high attentiveness of the serving team, and the flavour and freshness of the food. The MQC Leader on the night was extremely helpful, right throughout the evening - listening to our requirements, and providing his own expertise. The night was made a little more challenging by extremely hot weather we had - they responded beautifully, ensuring that everyone had access to cold water as well as the other beverages on offer. We are very happy to recommend them, and will certainly use them again when we have a catering need.
